Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy explains what happens if you cancel a booking made through CampJatra.

1. How to cancel

Contact the camp directly, or write to skojagiri@gmail.com with your booking reference. Cancellations are processed by the camp.

2. What you get back

Each camp sets its own cancellation terms, shown on the camp’s page. Unless the camp states otherwise, a cancelled booking is credited in full as a voucher.

Credit vouchers

• Issued for the value of the cancelled booking
• Valid for 90 days from the date of issue
• Usable at the same camp against a future booking
• Not transferable and not exchangeable for cash

Money refunds

We do not currently return money to the original payment method. Where a payment has been made and a refund is legally required — for example if the camp cannot honour a confirmed booking — the camp will arrange it with you directly.

3. If the camp cancels

If a camp cannot honour a confirmed booking, you are entitled to a full refund of anything you paid, or an alternative date of your choosing. This is not at the camp’s discretion.

4. No-shows

If you do not arrive and have not cancelled, the camp may treat the booking as a no-show. No credit is issued for a no-show unless the camp chooses otherwise.

5. Your invoice after cancellation

Your bill is a financial record and is kept after cancellation, marked as cancelled. The amounts on it do not change. You can still view and download it from your trips.

6. Loyalty points on a cancelled booking

Points are awarded for stays you actually complete. A cancelled booking earns no points. Points redeemed against a cancelled booking are returned to your balance.

7. Disputes

Write to skojagiri@gmail.com with your booking reference. We will respond within 7 working days.
